Meet Sofiya

Welcome to my practice! I offer cognitive behavioral psychotherapy and career coaching in online video sessions and in-person meetings, as well as couples therapy. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, medical coping, sexual issues, anger management and parenting concerns. I also provide job search assistance, career counseling, and support for issues related to self-confidence during interviews, public speaking and handling layoffs.

Therapy can be performed in Hebrew, Russian, Ukrainian or English language.
